Leopoldo Lopez has been disqualified few months ago. He was about to win the elections for Mayor of Caracas with something like 66 % of the polls.

Leopoldo López (born 29 April 1971 in Caracas, Venezuela) has been since 2000 the mayor of the Chacao Municipality of Caracas. he’s described as an immensely popular leader of the opposition to Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez, as well as a social activist working for “grass-roots judicial reform”.
